With new fad diets popping up all over the place and endless dinner options at the supermarket, knowing what the ‘right’ foods are, can be overwhelming. 

It can be even more overwhelming when we start thinking about how our diet affects our mental capacity.

Professor Margaret Morris, Head of Pharmacology at the University of New South Wales joined The Daily to discuss the link between diet and brain function.
