DPR&Co and the Blue Ribbon Foundation look back on 30 years of remembering the 159 police officer lives lost in the line of duty in Victoria.

DPR&Co has launched a new campaign for the Victoria Police's Blue Ribbon Foundation.

The campaign features police officers and encourages people to raise money for the creation of the 'Living Memorials', bearing the names of fallen officers.

The 2018 campaign marks the 30th birthday of the Blue Ribbon Foundation, and 30 years of remembering the 159 police officer lives lost in the line of duty in Victoria.

The campaign stars real police officers reciting their police pledge paired with a voiceover which urges people to give generously to raise funds for the living memorials.

DPR&Co Principal Phil Huzzard says the agency is proud to support the worthy cause.

“Each year we look forward to the opportunity to bolster awareness around this amazing cause. Funds raised have helped to create 53 living memorials, including the Mark Bateman Memorial Helipad at Portland Hospital, honouring Senior Constable Bateman who died with his colleague while responding to an emergency call. We are proud to support such a worthy cause," he says.
